Nicky's comedy play My (Virtually) Perfect Roommate is published by Next Stage Press. Her recent works—the short screenplay Overstay and the stage play The Dames of Rhode Island—are currently in development.​

 

She lives in the Boston area with her husband and is the proud mother of three grown children, who still suffer for Mommy’s art, primarily through forced participation in the highly anticipated, cinematic Lowney Family Christmas cards.
